How Does It All Work?
It's easy! All you need to do is search for type of gift certificate, event ticket, or donation you would like to buy or make. You as well as the recipient will receive a confirmation email stating the merchant or charity, as well as the amount.

The Gift Certificate you received is a "non-reloadable" certificate, meaning the initial value is set by the person who purchased the certificate. Additional funds cannot be added later. The Gift certificate is issued for a specific merchant which means the certificate can only be at the merchant specified on the certificate. Like most gift certificates when you are ready to pay, present the printed certificate or digital claim code to the cashier and retain your receipt. Each time you make a purchase, that amount is automatically deducted from the balance. It is best to personally keep track of your balance.
The initial value of your certificate will be included in the email confirmation. You can also "Check your balance" from the homepage!
Once you pay for the Gift Certificate, details of the purchase are sent to the recipients email immediately or on the date you allotted at checkout.
No there is no activation required. All you have to do is to print the certificate or take the soft copy that has been emailed to your device for redemption.
Certificates cannot exceed US$5000.00. (Min US$25)
You can make purchases using your gift certificate until you have used the full value of the certificate.
To make a purchase in an amount greater than the available balance, you will need to use a second form of payment (credit card, debit card, cash or check) to cover the difference.
Yes, and that is a process that is followed by default! The person you wish to send the gift certificates to, will be emailed right from our place. The rest of the process follows the same tail as mentioned above.
No, only with the merchant this was provided on the certificate confirmation email.

Yes, but only in case the redemption has not been done completely. Rest, it is not possible to utilize a gift certificate the second time, once it has been completely utilized once.
No there are no refunds on Gift Certificates.
No, it won't. You would be able to enjoy the benefits of your gift certificates, no matter when you decide to redeem the amount.
No, Local Merchants only.
That is not feasible now. But we will surely make provisions for doing so in the near future. Currently, you would have to make purchases from vendors having physical stores.
Well, not as of now! We really hope we would grow bigger in the future, when we would be able to make this feature functional. When we extend our geographical boundaries, we would definitely make it possible for you to redeem your gift certificates outside Cayman Islands.
